domeinion: Alice surprised (breakthrough!)
TEAM

Alice's team is as it was in her boss fight in Randomized HeartGold; her canon point is after Chatty Crystal and Randomized Chatty Crystal, but her team's been restored to normal. Though she has gone to the Move Reminder to finally give Flamesplash her signature move back, that's the only thing.

Why are her team's composition, appearance, and movesets so weird? OOCly, she's from a randomized playthrough; ICly, the Randomizer was a device built to change the past and fundamentally alter the world, creating the splinter timeline she came from. As for appearance, that's also not taken from the romhacks themselves but from the fan-created lore. TPP lore gets weird.

Marc (Mew, lv. 88)
Magnet Pull
Surf, Body Slam, Rollout, Follow Me
Wears an army cap, but otherwise looks pretty normal.
Tends to waste turns using Follow Me in single battles only to actually start taking things seriously once the opponent is thrown off. With this and having Magnet Pull (not exactly an advantage for a Psychic-type), Marc isn't as much of a threat as they look, but they still do a good deal of damage whenever Alice has been a boss fight in later runs. Marc seems to truly believe in giving everyone a fair chance. They were traded to her for a Nidoran at level 12, and she's taken care of them ever since.

Shellock (Blastoise, male, lv. 84)
Vital Spirit
Thrash, Cut, Octazooka (somehow), Surf
Regularly wears a cap and carries a magnifying glass. Water guns coming out of his shell are longer than the usual to account for his knowing Octazooka.
No, you poor naive souls, Shellock was not Alice's starter (that was a Machop named Hijinks who hated to fight and lazed around all day until she decided to let him off the hook), but they're all used to the confusion. He's a self-proclaimed detective who inspects everything he sees, which helps with Alice's study. He sure seems to know his way around Mystery Dungeons.

Hyperbug (Masquerain, male, lv. 82)
Insomnia
Fly, Hyper Beam, Leech Life, Aerial Ace
Has laser cannon arms.
The first Pokémon Alice ever caught. Hyperbug is always loyal to Alice and whoever is leading her team at the time (currently DJ), and he's confident in his abilities -- maybe overconfident from the days when he had Volt Absorb before evolving. Friendly despite that, and gets along well with his team; he had Frustration once and it barely did any damage at all.

DJ (Slaking, male, lv. 84)
Minus
Strength, Tri Attack, Return, Fly
Wears a winter hat and has a jetpack. That appears to be part of his body. Randomizers are weird.
The ace of Alice's team for a few reasons. One, while he doesn't have a good ability, he's OP simply for having literally anything not Truant. Two, with how much he cares about his trainer, his team, and their cause, Return absolutely wrecked their way to endgame -- there's a reason Alice only took eight tries to beat the Elite Four in a time when the Voices still numbered in the tens of thousands and the previous game had taken over 100. He's a kind, strong leader... and also literally a DJ in his spare time.

Flamesplash (Sandslash, female, lv. 80)
Flame Body
Strength, Take Down, Metal Claw, Flamethrower
Spines are made of fire.
After being rescued from a Magikarp salesman (who didn't seem to have realized that all his Magikarp had been randomized into Sandshrew), Flamesplash joined Alice's team and was its ace for a while until a point where she forgot her best moves for weak ones; while she's better now, she's still no DJ or Shellock. She used to fight with a bone she found in the garbage.

Altareon (Altaria, female, Lv. 84)
Trace
Return, Drill Peck, Cut, Fly
Looks perfectly normal, but tends to stay low to the ground and loaf.
As her name and body language might suggest, Altareon was raised by Eevee and used to think she was one. Even with her underwhelming moveset, she's had some moments where Alice managed to pull through with her intellect, like baiting Destiny Bond with a Cut in the Lorelei fight. Altareon is friendly, fluffy, and extremely cute, even if she doesn't fit in with other birds.

CAPTURES IN-GAME

Fate (Dolliv, female, Lv. 7 at capture, Lv. 30 currently)
Early Bird
Tackle, Sweet Scent, Absorb, Growth
Perfectly normal.
Fate (f8weh) is nervous and curious, having drifted during an event, and Alice was convinced to take her on. She doesn't keep her in her team, but takes her out of the box (having been convinced that the PC is safe here, at least for now) to come explore Ultern safely.

Peeps (Combusken, male, Lv. 5 at capture, Lv. 20 currently)
Blaze
Detect, Flamethrower, Aerial Ace, Double Kick
Looks very standard, small and very fluffy.
Conflicted by Camila's memories, Alice almost didn't catch him during the "starters for everyone" event, but he was very friendly and stubbornly followed her all the way into town from the graveyard until she finally relented. She didn't want to name him after Zexy, so she let Red (G1) name him.

domeinion: Alice listening to music. (this is great)
♥ Teachy TV: The Teachy TV, a frankly ugly portable TV with pre-loaded episodes of dull educational television. Want to learn how to use a TM? We've got that!
♥ Disciples' Tome: A holy book of the god Dome. It's kind of short and hard to understand, since it's so old and much of it hasn't been translated from ancient times. It does talk a lot about democracy, though... and potatoes?

In the world of TPP, all canon is fanon, some more widely accepted than others, and it's constantly being looked over and rewritten. Here are some important bits related to Alice that I follow when I RP her.

-Alice's origin story here is the most commonly used one: Alice was Bill's daughter, but died in the original timeline, and after Bill gained immortality and power by siding with Dome in their competition/war with Helix, Bill backstabbed Dome and created and used the Randomizer. This messed up the world and reset the timeline to what killed Alice, only this time, Red died instead.
-I go with the idea that was popular during FireRed proper where Camila followed Bill through the rift as the original timeline broke down and ended up taking up residence in Alice's head along with the Voices. She was restored at some point before Black 2, obviously, and doesn't seem to be in Alice's head during HeartGold either, so I say that she was given her body and team back after FireRed. Thus, I only play Alice and she is separate from Camila.
-Also using the idea that Camila and Alice both stopped calling themselves "A" around the time Alice became Champion, wanting to differentiate themselves instead of embracing the fact that they were in the same body as they had throughout the run.
-Alice's mom is the NPC mother, who is a different person from Red's mom. In the original timeline, she died of normal causes while Bill remained immortal. In the new timeline, they were divorced long before Alice's run.
-The hosts are aware of each other after their own runs, meeting and reconciling their differences, even across time; this is likely facilitated by their patron gods, or maybe just a power that the hosts have. This doesn't appear to include A.B. III yet, though her section of the timeline is pretty screwed up and they're probably still trying to fix it.
-Alice spent the three years after FireRed trying to repair the timeline while keeping herself and her team alive. She worked with Teala and her spy colleagues to do so by trying to stitch the two timelines into one. This involved running around calling herself "Red", hence her fight with Ao calling her "Red" and people mentioning Red.
--This actually began not with Alice but with Green; at the end when he's largely believed to have jumped off a bridge, he survived the leap but remembered his original life as Blue. This is why he started calling himself "Blue" and why he started musing about Red, wondering what had become of him, and trying to outdo him in his absence.
--It's largely accepted that, during HeartGold, Ethan starts to remember being AJ; this is why he calls Ao asking if she beat Misty. He eventually follows the same path as Green/Blue, changing his name to AJ and finding Joey again, who has also remembered his past.
-Alice fighting Ao was indeed because Bill made her, but most of the ending arc of BSS is flexible and I basically ignore all of RGaG, which was the point that that comic switched from trying to accommodate as much existing fanon as possible to trying to create the TPP story on its own.
-Conquest is full of anachronisms even in canon; I posit that in TPP, this is because the past and present were mixed up as a result of the Randomizer. However, Alice and the other hosts have not yet ironed that out.
-Speaking of Conquest, A.B. III is indeed an ancestor of Alice (on Bill's side) as well as Napoleon and Pepe (on their father's side, so Li'l d, Napoleon's cousin on his mother's side, is not a descendant of her).
-The tournament at the end of Black 2 takes place after the timeline's been ironed out, where all the hosts now reside in a pocket dimension where they can observe the outside (many fics have shown their respective love interests there too, or at least Joey and Brendan, so I can easily go with that).
-Orlando is indeed Camila and Brendan's child gone back in time. He went back to try and iron out the timeline, but his adventure got cut short. (Either because, while he could summon the voices intentionally like his mother, he couldn't hold them for long or because he got distracted and eloped with Steven.)
-Arty comes from an alternate universe created after Cly's encounter with Celebi, possibly after the hosts finally finished setting the timeline back on track and then Orlando went and ruined it by eloping and staying in the past. (Don't blame just him, though. Alice and Ao changed just enough things to stay alive, too.)
-Alpha is the past self of Bet-Boy and he spent seasons 2-4 stalking the Voices through time and space with the glitches that consumed him.
-Evan isn't evil.
-Host names conform to what fanon has usually settled on for them; for characters such as ((( where there isn't really a unified standard, I'll go with what's more easily/often found.
-Ships are also whatever is most commonly used, with contradictions explained (for instance, Napoleon is dating both Cheryl and Dawn, and while Nina is briefly married to Arty when they get older, they split and Nina goes back to chasing anything that moves), unless I get castmates who have different interpretations. As for Alice herself, I usually have her dating Teala as that was the most common ship back in the day, though I'm vague about it in game in case something else happens.
-Arty is not Alice's half-brother, he's still a descendant of Camila instead (presumably not Orlando's kid since, you know, time travel).
-Red is not a robot. X-Man is.
-Chatty Crystal and Randomized Chatty Crystal were caused by a perfected Randomizer meant to merge different points on different timelines into one world. The hosts had to take on new roles, but started to succumb until the new hosts from those runs (possibly with the help of the other ones between them in season 7) fixed it.
